Retrain Your Mind
Doctors tell us you are what you eat but the bible tells us that we are what we think.
Proverbs 23:7
For he is keeping track, inwardly counting the cost. Eat and drink ,” he says to you, but his heart is not with you.
The truth is what we think in what we believe what we believe is who we become
There is a problem for how we think about ourselves and when we self sabotage it is not of god based on our opinions or a regular life experiences.
Opinion are not facts so stop worrying about other people’s opinion and what people think . You shouldn’t let people or their actions deter you away from your destiny . Their opinion is not your reality no one’s opinion matters but god he is the only one that know your Heart .
Renewing our mind is so important we built on to what happened to us instead of being thankful we got through it.
Believe what god says you are and only way to do that is retraining your mind change the way you think about yourself you become what are not only you see tha t light over you everyone around you well see it too . They will see you are blessed and highly favored you are loved by God .
First step to retraining mind
. be born again surrender to the most high give god all of you
- Holy spirit will come and dwell into you
- Your relationship with God will begin
- We need the holy spirit to connect with God and he guided .
The bible is a spiritual book and what the holy spirit you want understand what you are reading .
the bible has to do with your spirit and want get it not a someone with the holy Spirit will get the whole meaning because the helper is in him to break it down for them to understand it.
2nd Timothy 3:16-17
All scripture is God breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction. For correction, and for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete , fully equipped for every good work.

In order to know how God wants you to live you must know God’s word we must study God’s word. The word of God ha s power to renew your mind but it needs to get inside you but it needs to get inside you but once it gets inside you
There is a transformation that takes place
Are you struggling with sin? The book has the answer for you are you brokenhearted and lonely you will find someone in the bible that will care for you in the bible.

It is important that we pray
The prayer life of every child of God shows you how committed they are to God.
Prayer is a two line Communication
We pray to God and God speaks to us.
We open the doors for god to speak to us
Imagine how many more voices that want to speak to our minds in the spiritual world .
When we pray and are guided by the holy spirit we are at the right frequency
The more you and I pray the clearer the frequency between you and God becomes.
You can determine God voice the stronger the connection will be the more you pray .
James 4:8
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double- minded .
Hebrews 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
You cant do it once in a while
To diligently seek him is to drop things that are stealing your time from god and making time to pray to him.
Spending time with him becomes a priority in your life.
A constant effort to draw to him.

He simply invites you to Eternity with him

Your renewed mind gets to transform your life

Begin to focus on things that are eternal and not temporary

The mind is broken to a broken person
The mind is powerful to a powerful person
Our thoughts are not a result of who we are
Who we are are a result of our thought process
Energy targets the mind

He challenges the way you interpreted what they thought of God

A wasted mind is one the devil has control over we were not designed by God to be controlled by the devil

Need to know the word of God
The bible is our reference point
It’s the anchor to our soul
God created you for a reason
God doesn’t make mistakes
In order to know how God wants you to live you must know his word
The word needs to get inside you and once its inside you there is a transformation.
