Does God still speak to man?
He absolutely speaks to us we just need to be able to listen and recognize his voice
John 16:12-15
I have yet many things to say unto you , but ye cannot bear them now
Howbeit when he the spirit of truth, is come , he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear , that shall he speak : and he will shew you things to come he shall glorify me : for he shall receive of mine : therefore said I that he shall glorify me :for he shall receive of mine , and shall shew it unto you.

There are many distractions in our every day life that leads on trys to lead us away from God and his truth it is all about distress that every day things brings us .
In the Old Testament there were a few privileged enough to speak to God face to face

The word of god is very clear and tells us what we should not do but often we ignore these commands and listen to the world.
The holy spirit is always speaking to us and we must learn what is the truth and lies .
He is the truth nothing deceptive lies in him
He reveals to us what god is and shows knowledge of the word of god

As the holy spirit speaks he brings peace to our hearts in difficult situations.

God may use someone to confirm something to our hearts.
He will never stear us away from Jesus Christ
He will always point us to be more christ like
He will bring us to the fullness of Jesus
Let us develop our spiritual ears to know when we hear a message from god .
Let us allow him to bring comfort , peace and joy to our hearts .
Walking by the spirit
Living a life that is controlled and guided by the power of the holy Spirit
Continuous fellowship with the holy spirit through fellowship and prayer.
1 Thessalonians 5:13
And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. and be at peace among yourselves.
The holy spirit will only speak when your spirit and the holy spirit are in agreement and fellowship
